It is time to reform the Police and introduce mandatory heavy racial sensitivity training, stronger and fair punishments for racist injustices, and checks before hiring and during service to make sure the officer is not racist and is doing their job correctly. Officers should be held accountable for their actions as well as other officers on the scene who are accomplices. This should be done in all states and be frequent, and required. This is racial inequality, and it’s time to stop. It’s time for the Government to practice what they preach, and give us justice against racism.
