We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Make Junius Ho Kwan Yiu and his immediate family members ineligible for U.S. Entry, Citizenship and Visas

Created on July 21, 2019

The U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act states that any foreign government officials and their immediate family members, who have severely violated human rights, are inadmissible for entry into the United States.

Junius Ho Kwan Yiu, a Hong Kong lawmaker, expressed his view publicly that Hong Kong’s anti-extradition bill protestors should be beaten up and “vanquished” without mercy.” He was filmed supporting gang members whose attack have left more than 37 citizens injured and admitted into hospital. 1 among them was critically injured and 4 severely injured.

The above shows that Mr Ho has explicitly engaged in the incitement of violence and terrorist activities. We urge the Congress to declare that Junius Ho Kwan Yiu and his immediate family members be ineligible for US entry and visa
