We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Sanction Hong Kong government for its State Terrorism activity conducted in Yuen Long train station, Hong Kong on 7/21

Created on July 22, 2019

On 7/21 night, a group of "Nam Pin Wai" triad members stormed the Yuen Long train station and indiscriminately assaulted those who were in the station, including journalists. At least 45 were injured. Numerous evidence points the assault to state terrorism perpetrated by the Hong Kong S.A.R. government - HK police ignored credible threat of violence on internet and left the station area before the attack. During the attack, "999" police hotline in Yuen Long area was down, and Yuen Long police station closed its gate to public trying to report the attack. Subsequently, HK police made no arrests after "raiding" Nam Pin Wai village full of armed triad members.

We the people respectfully request the U.S. to sanction Hong Kong S.A.R. government for conducting State Terrorism in Yuen Long.
